Product Information
Prints are sold unmounted and unframed. All my lino cuts are limited editions and are hand printed by me in my studio. Colours and details on the prints may vary slightly as each print is individual. Colour calibration on computer screens may also affect the appearance of colours.
My photographic prints are also limited editions and are printed by hand (not by me) in a darkroom. As each print is individual, there may be some slight variation in tone between one print and another and between the image represented on the website and the actual print.
Greetings cards may vary in colour and card stock and so may not always be identical to the card pictured on the product page.
Image sizes can be found in the product description and are accurate to within 5mm. In some cases the lino block may be a slightly irregular shape, making accurate measurement more difficult.
When displaying my artwork, please be aware that exposure to strong sunlight, extreme heat or moisture may affect the quality of a print over time.
Pricing, payment, shipping and returns
All prices displayed, including shipping costs, are correct at the time of publishing but may be altered at any time without notice.
Payment is through PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, please keep this until you have received your order. Contact me if you do not receive this email and I will confirm that I have received your order and payment.
Please notify me by email as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Once the order has been shipped you will be receive an email with an approximate delivery time.
Orders will be shipped flat with a backing board and in protective packaging using Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. I will aim to ship items within 1-4 working days of receipt of payment. Should there be a delay in shipping, I will notify you by email.
Customers who are local can collect orders from my studio. Please contact me to arrange this.
If you are not happy with your order I will refund or exchange it (excluding any delivery cost) if you notify me within 14 days of receipt. Please return the item to me in its original packaging in an undamaged condition within 14 days of notifying me. The cost of return postage will be your responsibility and I recommend using a delivery service that requires a signature on delivery.
Let me know immediately by email should your order arrive damaged.
